Nobody cares if you're not a good dancer. Just get up and dance. The same holds true for racing. Whether first or last, we all cross that same finish line. Just get out there and run.

Pollyanna Week 3/28-4/3



Let's just start out by telling you that this week's main goal is to put a positive spin on everything this week, or at least trying to, I'm calling it Pollyanna Week. Secondly, can I tell you guys how glad I am to be back to my regular schedule. This week is going to be KICK ASS!!! There is nothing out of the ordinary going on this week, but I am definitely planning on making it great. What are you doing to make this week great?

Last week completely drained me. The stupid car issues completely stressed me out and I let it stress me out a lot more than I should have... NOT GOOD. I did not stick to the work out plan like I had wanted to, but I managed to work out regardless. I did journal my food, I took my iron supplements and did ok with the not eating after 7 but that one was tough. I didn't do my push ups daily but I will change that this week for sure.

Here are this week's goals...

1. Keep the food journalling going
2. Keep up with the iron supplements, have to remind myself that I enjoy not having my hair fall out.
3. Get the daily push ups done
4. STICK TO THE WEEK'S PLAN!!

3/28 Running, training and Zumba (Ran 1.02 on the tm, 1.65 outside, plus got the training and the Zumba in, also got my push ups done)

3/29 Run

3/30 Run, Training, and teaching my Zumba class

3/31 Pilates, Groove

4/1 Teaching my Zumba class

4/2 Running the Knock Out Cancer 5K 

4/3 Groove

Goals and Schedule For The Week Of 3/21-3/27

Alright, since the half I haven't been very focused on anything and it's time to get back to work. I have to be accountable and what better way than to put it all right here.

Overall Week's Goals

1. Food journaled daily, if I bite it, I write it.
2. Take my iron supplements daily, I have been awful with this and I need to get my iron issues under control.
3. Stop eating after 7 p.m., I had such great results when I did this in the past.
4. Daily push ups, working towards being able to do a real push up in a few weeks. Don't ask why, because I'm not even sure why I want to, but I just do.

3/23 Train w/ Amy and teach my Zumba class
3/24 REST
3/25 Teach Zumba and train with Amy
3/26 Teach Zumba
3/27 6 miles, and a Groove class
